MEET THE FOUNDER

JOSH STRAUGHAN

Josh Straughan is a former all american college and professional QB, who has been working with College, High School and Youth quarterbacks for the last decade. He has years of playing and coaching experience and uses his unique experiences and expertise to develop young and aspiring QBs mentally and physically. Josh was a record setting QB in college, and was blessed with the opportunity to play professional ball in the arena league and signed multiple contracts in the CFL. During his playing career, he was coached by NFL and D1 national champion coaches. He also was trained and mentored privately by some of the top private QB coaches in the world. His father Gene Straughan, has been privately coaching QBs for over 15 years in the Northwest and also in Canada. As a young teenager, Josh would assist his father in coaching and developing the young quarterbacks at the camps and clinics his dad would run. He was the Washington State State Player of the Year in High School, and threw for over 10,000 yards and 141 TDs. Josh attributes his playing and coaching opportunities through his Faith in Christ, and has real relationships with each QB he works with. The quarterback position is in his blood, and he has extreme passion for the position.
